Our 365-Day Product Guarantee means Customers are eligible for a one-time replacement pair within 12 months. A replacement pair will only be issued if there are clear defects in material and workmanship as underlined below. The glasses must be returned to us before replacement can be provided.

• Lens Defects Covered =Cracks not caused by rough handling; peeling of any coating.
• Lens Defects Not Covered= breaks or pealing from exposure to excessive heat or cold, prolonged exposure to water, rough handling, improper cleaning.
• Frame Defects Covered= Stripped screws; Broken nosepad posts; Broken or loose hinges; Dislodged jewels or logos; Oxidation or discoloration.
• Frame Defects Not Covered= Broken or damaged frame from rough handling or excessive exposure to heat or cold, or prolonged exposure to water, or improper cleaning.
Special promise: If your doctor changes your prescription in 60 days after receiving your order, we will remake your lenses at 50% of the retail cost.
We will exchange any unopened Box of Contacts if we sent the wrong prescription.
If your Doctor changed your prescription in 60 days from purchase date, we will exchange your unopened boxes.
Please when you receive the contacts, double check the prescription to be correct.
